| 251 | Allan Carter | Having visited, perhaps hundreds indeed maybe thousands of rugby clubs in a long playing career and now as a spectator, mostly of my sons who play I was dumbstruck by what I can only describe as one of the most shortsighted and indefensible beaurocratic decisions I have ever heard of to deny what is obviously a responsible and well run sporting club the right to keep their club open to at least 11 pm. I have seen many many clubs in much less suitable situations able to operate perfectly happily with their neighbours. |

| 255 | minster area | As a resident of the Minster area I feel it only fair to point out that the original planning application and consequent licience aproval by CCC stated restricted trading hours up to 21.00 this was accepted and approved by St Peters RFC and I cannot see that since then nothing detremental has happend to allow an increase in the trading hours of the club. |
