Dear Attorney General Eric Holder,
Given the seriousness of the crimes and issues concerning prosecutorial misconduct in this case, we the undersigned citizens of the United States hereby formally petition you to appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate and prosecute any and all persons, according to the Rule of Law in the above referenced case.
We hereby request an appointment of a Special Prosecutor to investigate, and, where appropriate, to hold accountable, any person, including persons at any level of government, who are found to be responsible for willfully violating the laws and the Constitution of the United States, and/or willfully violating the rights of citizens and the rights guaranteed to all persons under Due-Process clauses, and/or employing or advocating, and/or concealing evidence of any crimes with willful disregard for truth, and/or presenting false testimony, and/or ignoring, one’s responsibility to report such crimes.
We the People of the United States of America, in the interest of Justice respectfully ask that you honor this request.
