We, the undersigned, want our City Council to adopt a stormwater funding formula based on a utility fee system. A utility fee system is fair to business, industry and residential taxpayers, and will provide a stable and consistent source of funding. We are concerned that our City will not be able to sustain its commitment to needed stormwater system improvements if it decides to rely on the General Fund for funding.
