PETITION TO CEASE MILITARY ACTION AGAINST LIBYA

We the undersigned people of the United States, through the powers vested in us by the U.S. Constitution, hereby request that an order be issued forthwith requiring:

1. That all entities of the U.S. government and all entities in the control and employ of the United States immediately cease all military and other forceful actions directed against Libya.

2. That upon fulfillment of the foregoing requirement and within one month of same a full investigation into destablization efforts in Libya be undertaken in order to determine the nature, extent, purpose and funding sources of said efforts and those involved in instigating them.

3. That concommittantly, an assesment of damages caused through U.S. military involvement and destabilization efforts in Libya shall be undertaked, to be completed with full restoration of Libya's sovereign financial status, and damages paid in the form of money damages only, no later than six months from the date U.S. military action in Libya ceases.
