    Comments: My family and I have lived on Ralph road close to 20 yrs and we have seen it go from 1 car every 5 hrs o 3 car every 15 minutes. more houses have been built in the past 10 yrs and this area have become unsafe for our children, my parents and I to walk the road and enjoy natures beauty. I feel that building houses from west mountain development would affect the pristine beauty of Ralph road, Glens Falls Mountain road natural beauty and tranquility.

    Comments: Is not that land in the A.P.A (Adirondack Park Agency) If not it should be. I live on East River Drive and pass by one of the newer developments daily. I see what has happened in other areas as happening here. First one development then another and yet another. I enjoy living in the country. If I wanted crowded city living I would move to the city.

    Comments: I am strongly apposed to the whole project! I live only 1/4 of a mile away from the destruction polution traffic and logging that this project would bring. Mike Brandt lives out in WI and should ruin WI by building his little gated community out there Maybe Mickey Ricciardi would follow Brandt out there AND STAY ! Ricciardi was Quoted as saying "IT IS A BEAUTIFUL BLANK CANVAS!" I say "THIS A BEAUTIFUL REMBRANDT MASTERPIECE, ABOUT TO BE PAINTED OVER BY A KID WITH HIS CRAYONS!"
