Dubbo City Council is considering extending Dubbo City Development Corporation (DCDC) contract for a further six month. We believe this is a waste of rate payers money, and the council should bring economic development back inside council, until the strategic plan is completed. Dubbo City Council should work along side NSW Investment and Industry and Regional Development Australia, durning the course of the six months, so no potential development or opportunity is lost. NSW Investment & Industry and RDA have resources to work with Council.
