A 2011 bill now being considered by the Vermont legislature proposes to impose a 3% tax on all dental services provided in the state.  This will add significantly to the cost of dental care.  While Vermont lawmakers have difficult budgetary decisions before them this year, the taxation of any health care service is no solution and will create yet another obstacle to affordable oral health care or Vermonters.  If you agree please click on the petitions tab to add your name, and contact your local legislators to let them know you oppose this effort.
