I love Amazon's online store due to the ability to find anything and everything I need/want. The one sour note about them is their need to use UPS for almost all deliveries. UPS is one of the worst companies on the planet. They are almost always late on delivering packages. They have a call center that is useless and tracking numbers that provide the least amount of information about our special packages. My favorite thing about UPS. If they are late getting your package to you. They can't simply hold it for you to come pick up they have to make one failed delivery attempt. Needless to say though, there is Fed Ex and DHL who provide excelent fast, intelligent service and are far better choices for Amazon. I want to shop on Amazon but I might need to stop if only to not give UPS another penny of my money.
