Stop under 21 ban in Downtown Minneapolis after 10

The petition

FACT: The city of Minneapolis is exploring options/language for a bill that would restrict nightclubs, event centers, bars, restaurants (anywhere with a liquor license) with how they could provide entertainment/services for 18-20 year olds. The basic concept the city is exploring is that establishments would have to choose between 18+ WITHOUT serving liquor to ANYONE, and 21+ able to serve liquor. So if an event is 18+, no one could drink liquor. This would essential destroy any 18+ or all-ages type events in Minneapolis, as it would be extremely challenging for venues and promoters to stay in business under a model like this.
