I was the Mentor Coordinator for the Monroe City Court Mentor Program located in Monroe, Louisiana for 6 years. This program was an at-risk one on one mentoring program for youths within the community. Jackee L. Olson, United States7 years ago Comments: As a parent of two children with requirement to work full-time, a place for my children to go is of uttermost importance. Without this service and place for my children to connect in a positve and God serving environment, I would fear for the emotional growth they need. To take that away from other children would also be devestating and truly unfair to remove the ability to connect in a positive environment. With today's hectic and demanding world, it is important that these children are able to enjoy this as many other communities glady support.
