We need to penalize american companies that move outside of United States and lay people off here. There is a big difference between expanding your client base and abanding the american workers that made you sucessful in the first place. Also, I believe it would save the government and the taxpayers a lot of money if we eliminated income tax totally and just had a Federal Sales Tax with no loop holes. Or at least have a flat tax rate with no loop holes. I thought about having a minimum income where you would not have to pay any tax but I'm afraid some people would abuse that by trying to not make more than that amount or at least not reporting anymore than below the minimum income. We need to have the Pledge of Allengence said in the schools again, it should be volunteer because who wants someone saying it that don't mean it. Some form of pray needs to be allowed for students who wants to particpate. We need good morals, personal accountability and responsability, family values, community involement, volunteer work, team work, find win/win solutions, how to balance a check book, how credit card interest adds up and how it reduces your buying power by only paying the minimum, how to develop a budget and stick to it, that we are all in this together and if we work together everything would be better. Give more hydrid cars and fuel efficent, safe cars, trucks, SUV's, buses, semi-trucks, special new developed fueled cars built in the USA. We need to to become more energy independent. Develop mass transportation in more cities like DC and Alanta has. Have night clubs all go together and provide transportation home for customers that drove there but are to intoxicated to drive home. We need to do what is right in God's eyes at all times in all thing in all ways. Than the USA and our government will gain the World's respect back that we have lost and we need it to survive and prosper and the american workers/people/citizens deserves it. We need to protect human rights here in the United States and we also need to stand up for human rights in other countries to as long as that countries citizens wants us there. We need to do it because it is the right thing to do, not because we think we are going to make some money.

I am tired of seeing my friends and family lose their jobs and homes. I work in education as a facility director for a rural school district with (10) schools to maintain and keep up.
It is very hard with all the money cuts.

Americans are paying for Bush's bad financial choices as well as for continued growth of outsourcing and global trading. Maybe getting everyone to follow trade rules will offer some relief. However, I don't think the Chinese will cooperate. And I think Bush turns a blind eye because he is afraid of a possible war with China. |

I have been told by many I should be an advocate as I feel & believe so strongly on what is taking place in this country and the obvious of wrongs we are being subjected to. With any kind of common sense one should be able to see we are in for a world of hurt. I beginning to think global warming is playing havic on even the basic common sense factor in many Amereicans. What will it take for people to wake up and see what a disaster we are in for due to the lack of good leadership and concern in the best interest of all American Citizens? This is being accepted by way to many of our own government officials both on state & federal levels. Scares me to think about what it will be to wake people up! |
