Name: Kevin Arnold on Jan 18, 2006State: TXCountry: USComments: This is rediculous... Alex claims in his interview to be opening businesses to benefit the surrounding community, like a dry cleaner... which apparently needs a S.O.B. approval. Alex, build your shabby little smut house in your own back yard!Flag

Name: Lan Tran on Jan 19, 2006State: TXCountry: USComments: When Central Station opened, I was amazed that the city would allow such business to operate so close to suburban areas. But now that was approved, I guess strip clubs are considered as non-threatening as supermarkets.Flag

Name: Jill Meurer on Jan 20, 2006State: TXCountry: USComments: Our family is furious about this type of business being so close to our neighborhood and schools. The developer should have to face all of the parents who live nearby Grand Avenue and explain his reasons for exposing all of our children to the increased crime and evrything else that surrounds a strip club. If he's so fond of the idea, he should build a topless bar in his own backyard and raise a family there! We will protest this SOB in every way we can!Flag

Name: KATIE STORMS on Jan 21, 2006State: TXCountry: USComments: I strongly oppose the building of the SOB. I am a Real Estate Agent with a company in Pflugerville (for 17 years).A business of this kind will definitely lower the value of the homes anywhere close to it. I drive by that site to and from my home almost daily. Often I have my grandchildren with me,all under the age of 8. Two live in a sub-division nearby and also go past that site with their parents to get to and from I35. This is not the kind of development we desire in our neighborhoods in the Pflugerville community. Sincerely, Katie StormsFlag

Name: Wendy Soria on Jan 21, 2006State: TXCountry: USComments: I'm a teacher and I emphatically oppose a Sexually Oriented Business in our small, family-oriented community of Pflugerville! Let us not reflect to our children poor judgement on the part of the adults living here. We are responsible for keeping our neighborhoods safe and attractive to those who also value a safe, wholesome environment in which to raise their families. A topless bar would degrade our town, lower our property values, and bring a business that degrades and abuses women into our midst. This is unacceptable and hopefully we won't have to fight this type of invasion of our community - again.Flag
