1889	Mercedes Castro Pita	La solución no es matar a los perros vagabundos, hay que recogerlos en albergues y esterilizarlos,hacer campañas de adopción y esterilización gratuíta, hacer obligatorio el uso de microchip en los perros y gatos por ley, controlarlo y multar fuertemente a los dueños que no tengan microchipados a sus animales, y penas severas a los que abandonen a los animales (se sabría de quien son al leer el micrichip y esto mismo disuadiría de abandonarlos).
