Stop The Noise Pollution above 80 decibels

The petition

I agree that the city needs to pass a bylaw restricting the use of noise producing vehicles within city limits between the hours of 10pm and 8am, and I specifically support banning the use of cars, motorcycles, and heavy equipment within city limits where such vehicles produce noise emmissions above 80 decibels, the noise level equivalent to heavy truck traffic.
