The residents of the Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District have already paid their sewer LIDs. We are being asked to pay again even though many residents do not fully utilize the system or they have vacant land that has never utilized the system but will be paying for a second time. Also, many residents are elderly and on fixed incomes and simply, in today's economy, cannot afford it.
