Comments: The proposed site in Croydon is less than half a mile from a large primary school and housing estate. We cannot take a risk with these lives by allowing an incinerator to be built that will produce unknown pollutants, at best!

Comments: Dioxins and heavy metals are dangerous from cradle to grave. They either go up the chimney or into the ash/char/tar.Particulates are already high all over London.Energy from waste, and new power plants will make everything worse.

Comments: Disgraceful - instead of dealing with rubbish properly and trying to reduce waste they just want to burn it all and pollute the planet more! More about money- people will become sick because if this incinerator.

Comments: I live on Onslow Road. I have a baby grandson who lives at my address. I am extremely concerned about noxious fumes affecting his health and am strongly against this ridiculous idea.

Comments: I am appalled by what appear to extremely underhand tactics to cover up plans for what is obviously an incinerator by Croydon Council. Incinerators are dangerous to health and should not be based in the Croydon area, or anywhere else.
