Name: Anonymous on Jul 24, 2009Comments: It is unacceptable in our economic climate to increase the scope & number of items subject to taxes. Many homes, for example, are valued above the $400,000 mark whereby a rebate is said to suffice. Beyond $400,000, the cost of owning a home now bears a significant tax hike. There need to be better checks and balances struck before introducing a harmonized sales tax.Flag
