To restrict information on a social network profile is to commit an ambivalence, for the nature of the social networks is to get together, and meet people with the same likes and dislikes. Restricting information is segregation. This kind of action alienates people from their human and social nature, for is right and duty of a human to treat his fellow men with the spirit of brotherhood. It's bad enough that humans are narrowing their relations with the internet, even more now, with those restrictions, making misanthropy, cruelty, bullying, and malice, a trait desirable for some people.
