| 201 | Upper Delaware Liberation Front | I support the DEC's ban on drift boats.
It is about time someone put a boot in the ass of the fly fishing industry in New York.
If you all have your way, the WB will look like the thru-way pretty soon.
Go Home, and Stay there.
We don't need fishermen to support OUR towns. |

| 203 | Tim Skoraszewski | This is the dumbest regulation proposal I have heard of from PA or NY in years. How can anyone think that forcing anglers to get out of the boats will lessen crowding for the wading angler? |
| 204 | Joseph DeMarkis | As a licensed New York and Pennsylvania Fishing Guide Service, all ready over stressed by permits, insurances & licenses, I find it appalling that no consideration is given to our operations after we have been made to support every demand that you guys have put to us.
Besides that, we have probably introduced a huge number of these complaining anglers to this watershed.

| 206 | Dan Bowen | solidly against this absurd proposal. If they pass this I'll put my 4 kids down the river in innertubes with bags of rocks to throw every day of the spring and summer. We'll see how the idiots who propose this like that. I'll urge others to do the same. |
| 207 | Bruce Rettstatt | I disagree with the DEC proposal #R4-5,. As a handicapped individual, I can no longer wade any free flowing rivers. A drift boat gives me the opportunity to fish the rivers through out the season. |
| 208 | RT Scally | Yet, another example of the nanny state and the WRONG STUFF for us all. |
| 209 | Frank Scavo | With no water in the west branch this entire point is moot.
First things first.
Solve the water problem FIRST, THEN bring up the question regarding boats.
In any event, my vote is to LEAVE THE BOATERS ALONE and dont change the current regulations.
Best regards,
Frank Scavo |

| 211 | Ray Ottulich | I am opposed to banning boats on the West Branch. |
| 212 | T.Lamplugh | Both rafting and drift boats have become a problem. With the population densities surrounding the river a limitation on their uses should be enacted. |
