Thanks for the great support (56 and counting) and keep getting the word out to stop this "make work" project. Encourage the NPS and all government agencies to make prioritized, smart use of the funds they get. Not apply for moneies just because it is there to use. Hate to be so harsh on the good folks on the Buffalo because I have no complaints and only praise for the 99% of what they do to protect our great river. But when something just don't make sense and a possibily harmful, it must be stopped.
