We the users of Claytor Lake Virginia oppose the Aids to Navigation Plane proposed by AEP as a part of their relicensing campaign with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. AEP's own Recreation and Scenic Management studies state that there is no need for Navigational Aids and VADGIF accident data shows no need for them on Claytor Lake. The will destroy the scenic beauty that Claytor is known for and reduce property values of lake front property.
