Name: Kevin Zane on Jan 28, 2012Comments: Not only should this bill be voted down another bill should be introduced to allow hollow point hand gun ammo. .. It is safer because it stops where it was suppose to. Why do you think the police use it? .. We also need to free up the permit to carry system that we have and make this a state that allows none felon residents over 21 who pass a background check and a handgun safety course. .. this state also needs to be a castle doctrine state where a person can defend their family and home as it is written in the New Jersey Constitution. .. thank youFlag

Name: Randy Liljeros on Jan 28, 2012Comments: I am concerned that with out discussion or debate this bill will encrouch upon my abilities to defend my family as allowed under the 2nd Amendment. Currently AP ammo are restricted by state and federal laws. The power granted to the AG is not a democratic approach to an issue that DOES NOT involve responsible and law biding residents od the State of New Jersey. PLEASE VOTE DOWN A588.Flag

Name: Kimberley Ball on Jan 28, 2012Comments: Banning any kind of ammo and Giving the Atty General such broad power is only the first step in a slippery slope to the banning of other ammunition and firearms. The state of NJ residents have already been stripped of most of their 2A rights. Say NO to these bills. Some of us still have faith in our Constitution.Flag
