We the undersigned oppose any zoning change that would permit the construction of \"The Andrew,\" on the present parking lot of St. Andrew\'s Church.
As Alderman Smith once said on her Web site: \". . . additional high-rise buildings would negatively impact quality of life by increasing traffic congestion, affecting parking and safety, overtaxing city services and creating a high-rise \'canyon\' effect that would block
sunlight and existing views.\"
