Petition to end college campus violence and crime

The petition

The purpose of this petition is to appeal to all the politicians to pass legislation to prevent violence on college campuses. It is importan for politicians to pass legistlation to stop college campus violence and crime, especially after the mass murder of all those college students, by a gunman at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, on April 16, 2007.(Legistlation should be passed at the federal and state levels). I am going to send this petition to politicians at the federal level.(I am going to send this petition to all members of the U.S. Senate and house of representatives). I am going to send this petition to politians in all the states. I am going to send this petition, by June 19, 2007.
