Stop sprint from charging "premium data" charges for service that include significantly slower data than implied by their advertisement of "premium data " .Sprints "premium data" is  not premium by any means or anyones definition of premium data. verizons 4g lte is the fastest provided data speed available to cell phone contract customers , 4g lte is several times faster as mentioned on this page http://m.techrepublic.com/forum/discussions/102-340217 this petition is asking all those who agree that sprint should charge a competitive rate that reflects its service of 3g and 4g wich is not available to barely anyone on their network , and we ask sprint do all if not most of the following for their customers to keep us happy. 1. allow anyone unhappy with 3g data rates to leave their contract early without a early termination fee. it is unfair to charge a customer who was not aware that the service was so slow because they labled it premium data and then keep them in a 2 year contract. 2. sprint should compensate customers affected with refunding the money they would have saved by switching to another provider such as boost (sprint owned) who charges 60 for unlimited data talk and text .3. they should also offer affected customers the ability to purchase a new phone with the same discount as new customers just to keep us . 4. Sprint should offer a combination of new plans that state 3g not 4g in selected markets so customers know it is not premium even though its unlimited. how many people would rather pay 60 a month and get the same service and the same unlimited data, talk , and text on boost mobile
