“LSMMTUAFIMC = Laughing so much my turban unravels and falls in my curry” is an example of the racist groups which Facebook continues to support and allow to operate. Fans of this page leave comments urging for white supremacy and the removal of persons with turbans from their countries. It is impossible to educate each and every person on the racist fan pages about the importance of religious and racial tolerance; they feel that their freedom of speech is being taken away if they are not allowed to laugh at this “joke”. I have a simple belief; no religion, race, ethnicity, or person should be made into a joke. Facebook should not allow these types of pages to stay online. Thousands of Sikh’s have asked for this page to be deleted but Facebook continues to let these requests go unacknowledged. Please sign this petition so that we our voice can be heard!
