Annual Rabies shots are already
under current law in California Now they want to amend the bill by
adding that medically exempt animals will be quarantined.
What You Can Do to Help
Call the Senate Rules Committee and call or send an e-mail to all its
members telling them to withdraw
Paragraph (2)AB2000 of the amendment
pertaining to quarantining medically exemption animals and strike
language in Section 121690 (b) which is currently of the law
authorizing
the Health Department to impose annual or biennial rabies vaccinations
in “rabies areas.” which is ALL of
CALIFORNIA
Rabies vaccine is the most toxic and immune compromising of
all vaccines and mandating it more often than every 3 years goes against
even the American Veterinary Medical Associations guidelines.
We
urge you to join us. We need to act now to protect our
pets from this serious threat.
