CPS is esponging all records that have been reviewed, an cleared people of harming others,like illegal adoptions,child neglect,child molesting.This needs to stop as years later it has been proven the neglect,an illegal adoptions,an molestion has really occurred,and these past records proved the cps did not follow through properly.The law needs to be changed and all records need to be kept on file until the child is an adult like 21 years old so they can have the past records to be taken to court to prove cps did not do their job correctly an neglected the childs rights.We are seeking signatures to send to our senators an our congress to get a new law passed to help these children in the future.This bill gets passed it could help the parent to get their child back with the parent that did no harm.
