Name: Dave Beck on Jul 24, 2007Comments: We bought in this neighborhood because of the qualityof these homes. People that will take pride in the place they live. Low income and substandard homes will destroy what we came here for and will put us back in an area we left.Flag

Name: Joan Beck on Jul 24, 2007Comments: I would like to voice my concern over the building of high density low quality housing in our neighborhood. We moved from an area to get away from that environment. Not to mention the negative impact this will likely have on crowded schools, increased vehicular traffic and the mentality that such housing brings. Stay out please.Flag

Name: Russ Hicks on Jul 24, 2007Comments: We bought into this neighborhood because we were told that it would not become a comercial or low income. If those things are built here it will just bring down our value of our homes, increase traffic and bring in crime.Flag

Name: Brenda Wright on Jul 24, 2007Comments: Prior to purchasing our home, we asked and were specifically assured that the entire area behind our homes would be a frisbee park and that there would never be anything built in the area. This is the main reason we specifically purchased where we did. Now look! While they work on the area, frequently the equipment cannot even be seen due to the amount of dust being raised. When a water truck is in the area it is frequently wetting down only the areas not being worked, therefore the water being applied is useless.Flag

Name: Stacey MacLeod on Jul 25, 2007Comments: What happened to the plans for the greenbelt to have running trails and frisbee golf Is it another ploy by Peterson Development to sell homes and lots. We moved to this area for the promises made by the City of West Jordan and by Peterson Development, we expect both to stand by their promises.Flag

Name: Paul Schaaf on Jul 25, 2007Comments: Part of the reason we moved to this area was because the builder told us that the developer dedicated that space as "open space". Because the lots have all been sold, it seems the developer is seeing more dollar signs rather than staying with his commitment of keeping that area "open space" as originally agreed. My wife and I are both very upset with Peterson's desires.Flag
