This is an issue effecting our entire community. Paul Post is known as one of Tacoma's worst landlords, and yet still has his properties and is allowed to rent them to unsuspecting tenants. All of his unites are falling apart, have bad electrical wiring, have mold problems , and meet other health and safety code violations. The purpose of this petition is to show the City of Tacoma that Paul Post needs to be stopped and held accountable to what he does to his tenants, properties, and community. The goal of this petition is to bring this problem to the attention of the City of Tacoma and encourage them with the support of the community to take action against Paul Post.
