Comments: Delaware Legislation: Being a paternity Fraud Victim is SLAVERY and nothing short of it. Allowing Paternity Fraud to continue is nothing short of giving a bank robber the key to a safe and turning off the alarm until they escape. I am personally a victim first hand and it must end, please visit www.lawliars.com to view the Michigan speech I gave to my legislators. Its real and you must change the laws to free the innocent men and children.

Comments: The laws must change in the best interest of the children. I am a victim and it has been devastating to my family. The new laws are needed across the board. When a mother is supported by the courts to uphold a lie, the children learn that it is profitable to lie. Resentment is the worst part of all of this. When I look at the child with resentment due to the fact that the mother is forcing me to pay for something I did not create, the child falls victim to all of this.

Comments: Paternity fraud is state-mandated slavery, plain and simple. And as their is no punishment for women who practice it, it is the perfect crime.

Comments: This is fraud! How does it continue to be ignored. We are supposed to be the land of the free, but yet men are being made to pay for something they had nothing to do with. This must stop.

Comments: This is not only a tragedy in the State of Delaware, this is a tragedy of morals and values. I wish that all people treat each other with candor and honesty. The law as it stands does not support the aforementioned values. Like so many laws, this is a bad law.
