My class and I are very, say, disturbed about how easily a serial Murderer and/or rapist can be free without even parole!!! (Karla Hamolka for example) I believe that with the discovery of new evidence, the Plea Bargain and/or thrial that proceided the findings should be cancelled, even if the judge had ruled the sentencing, and that they be tried with all new knoledge that specificaly and clearly show the involvement of the convicted in the crime(s) they are being tryed for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Name: Shannon Sutton on Sep 27, 2007State:Country: CAComments: I got sick to my stomach yesterday when i heard the sentencing of Darcy Bannart (edmonton)he will be spending 5 more yrs in jail for the abuse and rape of his girlfriends daughter. They say its the worst case they have seen in edmonton, yet he got a total of 8 yrs (only 5 left to serve) I now believe that who ever makes the laws in our country must be child molesters or rapists. Otherwise, why DONT the laws change Why is it that 1 out of 4 people are sexually abused in their life IT IS A PROVEN FACT THAT CHILD RAPISTS CANNOT BE CURED!!!!!!!!So why are so many of them walking amongst us Bannart will be out of jail before her 11th birthday She is still going to be a minor when he gets out and will be for a long time. People get longer jail terms for robbing a store without killing anyone. WTF is wrong with that. THIS HAS TO STOPFlag
