Job outsourcing is destroying our economy. Billions of American dollars are leaving the country and helping other countries become super powers while we spiral downwards into debt. At the same time, many Americans are unemployed and living below the poverty line. Cities that once had booming manufacturing industries and other employment opportunities have become dead. This needs to stop. Placing a restriction on companies outsourcing jobs will reduce our unemployment rate and keep American dollars in the country, thus increasing spending and stimulating the economy.
