For too long, the career politicians and bureaucracy in Albany have protected the status quo and hampered Western New York economic development efforts. NYPA's recent actions to raid economic development funds from Western New York to balance Albany's mismanagement, its proposal toraise rates and fund bonuses to state employees are no exception. Their actions are costing jobs and sabotaging our road to a bright future. Enough is enough. Join Erie County Executive Chris Collins and sign the petition below to ask Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to investigate this unaccountable authority and stop NYPA's plan to rob Western New York of even more economic development dollars.
