Stop New Nuclear Weapons!

The petition

As a concerned U.S. citizen, I urge Representative Ellen Tauscher to work to:

Help make the U.S. safer by opposing all new U.S. nuclear weapons research and production activities, including the Reliable Replacement Warhead%u201D and the nuclear weapons Complex Transformation programs.

Restore American credibility and leadership on nuclear weapons by significantly reducing the number and role of nuclear weapons, in concert with more energetic diplomacy to engage other countries in reducing theirs.

Encourage the United States to take bold action to reaffirm its Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty commitment to global elimination of nuclear weapons.
