In the back of the cute little pet store it might not seem so cute! Hundreds of animals are trapped in tiny unsanitary conditions.  The owners care more about the money they get from selling their pets than the pets themselves! My plan is to get enough signatures to send this to President Obama asking him to make changes in states where there are no rules on puppy mills, like Minnesota and many others. In many states without laws to protect the treatment of dogs, hundreds of dogs are killed or have there vocal chords taken out so they can't bark.
I think every state should have laws to protect the treatment of dogs.
