   Comments: Unfortunately due to the large amounts i am already taxed as a motorist through various means i do not agree with yet another additional tax. I appreciate that like all good thieves the tax office has changed its name, to HM Revenue and Customs, however i still know its you and resent your actions.

   Comments: Manchester City Centre will be on its knees within twelve months of this starting. People just cannot afford to pay this kind of money.     Comments: This nothing but a stealth tax to cover for the council's shortfalls. I use public transport to get to work instead of my car but the service is appalling! I have considered driving in on may occasions if it were not for the astronomical parking fees. Sort out public transport as a main priority I say.
