we have also had to live with all 3 floods completely
surrounding our home, and were temporarily forced to evacuate each time. As one family who has experienced the trauma & hardship this entails,
I sympathize with this victim, and all the others, created due to the mismanagement and mishandling of both the ongoing flood issues and the way in which people have had to struggle to get back what they have lost.
Local State & Federal officials have a duty to take care of the citizens of this land, not put roadblocks in the way of helping them. Otherwise I believe a citizen should be able to sue the public offices & officials who have blocked reasonable efforts to be able to repair one's own property. Allow people to have a life & the right to personal safety in their own homes. |
