Comments: Stop Outsourcing.. We can through another few hundred billion stimulus $$ into economy. The truth is, this will not generate new jobs in the way to lower unemployment. We are saving corporations and they in return, send jobs away from Americans

Comments: H1B Visas are used to depress the wages of American IT developers, and basically create an indentured class of workers, since H1B Visa holders have 30 days to find a new job or they are eligible for deportation. Currently, I would not recommend IT as a major to any college student, due to the long hours, incompetent management, and high risk posed by companies continually outsourcing their IT staff. Outsourcing is cheaper, and the management receives bonuses on cost savings, but the customers are the victims, as you can tell anytime you reach an offshore call center. If we lose both manufacturing, hi-tech, and now financial, is this supposed to become a country of hair stylists and plumbers, since these jobs cannot be outsourced We have been betrayed by our own Congress, as corporations pay them to "look the other way" when validating just how many visa holders are replacing US workers.

Comments: In addition to the above, the government should provide tax incentives to the business for each job returned back to the US.
