Comments: Just heard about this and it makes me sick to know another one of our greedy government agencies are going to allow gross violations of something people have suffered for, worked for decades to make an area of our country as naturally beautiful, unique and magical as this to be disrespected in this manner. I will spread the news of this far and wide!

Comments: The CBP said it will destroy the more than 20,000 pairs of high-fashion shoes, likely by burning them.Escobar said a total of three different importers shipped the counterfeits on July 27 and Aug. 14 of this year. The incident is still under investigation but the importers will likely be charged with a trademark violation.CBP officials said there were 24,792 seizures of counterfeit and pirated goods in the 2011 fiscal year. One thousand twenty of those trade seizures had a domestic value exceeding $37 million and all took place in the greater Los Angeles area. This represents an 18 percent increase in the number of seizures from fiscal year 2010, christian louboutin boots http://goodlouboutinbots.webstarts.com/

Comments: The district court’s conclusion that a single color can never serve as a trademark in the fashion industry was based on an incorrect understanding of the doctrine of aesthetic functionality,” U.S. Circuit Judge Jose Cabranes wrote in today’s decision. “We conclude that the trademark, as thus modified, is entitled to trademark protection.Achieved Victory’Cabranes also said that Yves Saint Laurent’s use of a red outer sole on monochromatic red shoes “does not infringe” on Louboutin’s trademark. Granting Louboutin broad rights for the color red would harm competition, he said. cheap michael kors bags http://buymichaelbags.webs.com/

Comments: Had the shoes slipped through the cracks, Escobar said, they would likely have been sold on illegitimate websites and underground outlets, some of which may fail to mention the shoes are counterfeits. The CBP said it will destroy the more than 20,000 pairs of high-fashion shoes, likely by burning them.Escobar said a total of three different importers shipped the counterfeits on July 27 and Aug. 14 of this year. christian louboutin sandals online http://christianlouboutinsandalss.webs.com/

Comments: The Illinois River in NE Oklahoma has been ruined by confined poultry operations and processing plants. Don't allow something similar to happen to the Buffalo! Also, spreading the animal waste over grassland on limestone soils and Karst topography will not prevent nutrients from polluting the river as this type of soil is unable to hold nutrients until the grass can use them. Steep slopes, porous thin soil, and a overloading of waste on the irrigated land will result in a polluted river full of algae growth. This is already occurring to some extent on the Buffalo from fertilized Fescue pastures. A solution would be to require the operation to haul all waste to locations outside the Buffalo watershed and away from Ozark dolomite, Karst soils.

Comments: This cannot happen. I drive to colorado every year and see/smell the pig farms in Kansas. I can only imagine what this WILL do when the manure and waste seep into the ground and into the river/caves etc... please for the love of floaters and hikers alike..... DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN!!!!!!!
