LAURENT FAUREthere is absolutely no need for a third runway. Investing in high speed trains will create much more wealth and economic growth. Also the poor residents and people living in the flight path will have their lives turned into a nightmare with all the vibration and noices created by all these planes. The destruction in property values for those residents will be massive. It has already started! This is outrageous and bad management from the government the should focus on trains to create economic growth.
JoanThe plane noise is already painful and unbearable in Wandsworth. They should think more of their people and environment before they make any decision.

AnonymousThe noise is a creeping menace. Progress is fine, necessary, etc, but when will they draw a line and say enough is enough? We are being awakened daily at 4:30am by descending aircraft. Why not 3:30am? Around the clock maybe? People need to sleep.
Adam JacksonThere are too many flights already - creating significant noise and air pollution in west London.
AnonymousI live under flight path in Richmond. I get woken up at 4.30 am every morning. Get back from work at 6pm and planes are still there. It`s impossible to watch movie on TV, without missing storyline, because every 90 sec some plane goes overhead.
Talitha JenkinsAm fed up with the flight path over Fulham - not able to sleep or relax properly at night or in the summer in fact dread the summers as screaching air craft directly over my flat is hardly soothing and flights seem to be starting earlier - worked out that I have to put up with 10 hours of plane noise every day - this is not fair and the moise and pollution should be distributed around London am defenitely anti another flight path. Ban early and night planes not fair on general public in London.
Naomi AdamsI am sick of being disturbed at night and worried about the environment

Martin Leethe noise is annoying enough from 04:30 am and this will only produce more even with "quieter" planes, and the polution will increase dramatically. The rail links need to be completed and internal flights reduced to those essential such as Inverness, Aberdeen and Isle of Man for connecting purposes only. it is nonsense to fly to Manchester & Liverpool as the train is quicker already.
donna dennisreally unimpressed with plans to expand. I live under the flight path and have wear ear plugs our be woken at 6.30 every morning (or in the middle of the night when a random plane flies over) Surely with global warming this is the wrong message to send out

AnilI do not want any more noise. I have already got enough. I would like all those pro-lobbyists to give their house to me and they can come and live in my house. I know these pro-lobby group is rich, but we must not give up our right to live peacefully.
