Comments: I know they are trying to make the school a safer place, but some ideas go to far. Yes we need safety but we also should be happy with what we wear and what we carry. True, some people are out of line, but not everyone is. Banning such silly things as ripped jeans is too far.

Comments: While I generally support the petition, I can understand that some messages or clothing styles can be offensive. Understandably, for the school Administration, it is easier to prohibit it all then determine it on a cas-by-case basis and risk an accusation of discrimination. That said, the school should've done a better job explaining this rather then introducing an outright prohibition, possibly, without even having any incidents or examples.

Comments: yeah also boys and girls are not allowed to hug one of their friends wich is so stupid concidering that some people are dating . and also because some people dont usually see some of their friends during the school day and the only way to greet them is to simply hug them .. i dont see the problem in that but ,i mean its not like we are going to hurt them in any way . but, i guess thats its wrong to show someone that you care .
