Avon sellers have a certain amount of commission for the products they sell however Avon Head Quarters exclude this percentage when selling branded products. An extremely unfair way to make extra money when the Avon sellers are promoting, advertising & selling these 'fixed discount' products for Avon when we can earn just 33 pence on popular, branded products. We need to let Avon HQ know we are not happy about this in the hope they will hear us and change the 'fixed discounts' or make it more fair for the little people.
