The budget is being balanced on the back of our children, forcing them out of educational opputunities. Across the country tuition is increasing, in some places as much as 40% a year! Citizens of Washington state we can halt this, by making it impossible to raise tuition without a public vote. Before long if nothing is done the American dream will be dead and the country's standing with it, for the future of all the people and especially the children of this state and country.
