We are a group of students who want to stop domestic violence. Domestic violence are acts of violence or abuse within the household and family. One in four women will be a victim of domestic violence in their life time by their current spouse. Children witness about three quartos of abuse incidents. This comes to a total of at least 750,000 children in the UK per year. This is from the health department (2002). These statistics have increased over the years rapidly.     

Why should I sign this petition?

1) Firstly there should be no violence in London     

2) If you know that one of your friends being abused then you should help them

3) If you sign this petition you will be helping to protect human rights
