cyberbulling is a really big deal and it needs to be stoped. not all U.S. states have laws that can do something about this. they all should. victums of cyberbulling are nothing like normal victums of normal bullies. not very offen dose anyone know or do anything to help until someone dies or almost dies because of this.please help stop it.
