Name: Joseph Brock on Jun 14, 2010State: TennesseeComments: my next door neighbor is a curbstoner. He has probably sold 30 cars in the last month. they all break down a few days after he sells them. My wife and I made a mistake by buying a car from him without a title and he refuses to give us a bill of sale. We just found out that there is money owed on the title. More money than we payed for the car!Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jul 23, 2010State: TennesseeComments: The most asinine law ever signed. It is like trying to put an end to prostitution. It ain't going to happen folks. I'm pissed mostly because I put my car out for sale on private property today with permission from the owner of the property which is across a drive from where I work. I have owned this car for 1-1/2 years and no I'm not in the business of selling cars. When I got off work I found 6 yellow stickers on my windows on the law against curb stoning. I could understand if it is on private property with out permission or public property but not this. Do dealers think this law is going to keep me from selling this car to a citizen that is a potential prospect for their car lot? The answer is... Hell No .. This car will be sold soon and not to a dealer I might add. The liberals and progressives are taking away our freedom little by little. I guess before long we won't be able to sell a car but only to a dealer. Wake up people, we are letting our freedom silently slip away little by little.Flag
