Many banks impose convenience fees when customers try to pay online or by phone. This is a poor business habit that is designed to rip off the customers that are already paying interest.
The facts are that when you pay online or by phone the bank is already saving money vs the traditional check payment.
Please sign this petition...to help combat this despicable practice.
Provided there is a decent turn out for this petition, it will be submitted to law makers.
It is only convenient for the bank!
