Comcast Cable has a billing cycle system that bill customers 30 days in advance. This type of billing cycle will cause a customer to appear as past due per the Comcast billing system although they may only be a few days late. For example, my billing cycle with Comcast is what they consider the "C" cycle meaning that my payment is due on the 1st of each month. BUT my Comcast service is billed from the 2nd of each month until the 12th of each month. In essence I am considered as 30 days late if I have not paid my bill on the 3rd, 4th, or anytime before the 12th of the next month. This was explained to me by 2 Comcast representatives as well as communicated by 2 supervisors. To be fair I did not speak to the supervisors but this information was passed on to me by the 2 representatives. This does not seem fair and I thought that I should do something about this to stop the Comcast billing madness. I use to work for Comcast and I know how one Comcast representative may tell you their billing/service policy and then another representative will tell you something totally different. Let's stop the Comcast madness once and for all by signing this petition to have them rectify their billing system so that it is fair and less confusing for their customers. I know some of you might say that customers should just pay their bill on the 1st of the month to be sure that they are not considered as late. But why should a customer pay their bill on the 1st of the month when their service billing is billed from the 2nd through the 12th of each month It doesn't makes sense to me and I'm sure it won't make sense to most of you either. Let's just STOP THE COMCAST BILLING MADNESS by signing this petition!!! Thank you.
