It's not JUST celebrities. Even though, Celebrities are people too, they have a right to basic respect of their privacy and personal space. BUT, this LAW that says it's OKAY for paparazzi and basically, ANYONE with a CAMERA to invade that space, stalk them, wait outside their homes and the same law that doesn't do much to protect the human targets from the bullying, harassment, taunting, torment and physical, verbal, EMOTIONAL, and psychological abuse from Paparazzi members, ALSO, exists for YOU.

If someone follows you around, it's illegal. AND it's considered Harassment.
If someone follows you around, WITH A CAMERA, then it's perfectly FINE.

The Law States that anyone in a public place may be photographed or filmed. The Law doesn't seem to make much discernment about if the person is in your face with a Camera or not. It's NOT illegal, simply because, it's not. The Law clearly has no respect for our basic human rights. Whether you give consent to be filmed or photographed is of absolutely NO concern to them. It's not illegal in their eyes.

However, if you're a celebrity, it's even worse. It's not illegal for people to stand outside your house forever, because they are ''just doing their job'' as some very DEEPLY ignorant members of society have tried to say to me.

Keep in mind please, these are the same laws that allow peadophiles to take images of YOUR KIDS in public parks. AND to take pictures of YOU . ANYWHERE . without . your . PERMISSION!!!
